HACCP Training

A fundamental part of the Food Safety Law is an understanding of a Food Safety System. The preferred system is the HACCP Plan, a system that the FSA know and understand. A solid HACCP Plan ensures that food is produced safely and free from contamination. The courses we offer are all accredited through Highfield Qualifications. Our courses include:

  • Level 2 Award in HACCP – This course offers a basic introduction to HACCP.

Ideal for: Small food business operators/managers, supervisors, members of a HACCP Team.

 

  • Level 3 Award in HACCP – This course offers a more thorough understanding of the HACCP Principles.

Ideal for: Managers of a food business such as a Takeaway, members of a HACCP Team, Members of a Technical Team, Managers of food factory departments.

  • Level 4 Award in HACCP for Management (CODEX Principles) – This course is aimed at learners who are working at a management level within food manufacturing and catering environments, quality assurance staff or members of the HACCP team. The qualification would also be useful for trainers, auditors, enforcers and other food safety professionals.

Ideal for: Senior managers in the food industry such as Technical Managers, or food business owners who wish to demonstrate commitment and expertise in HACCP, Auditors and Inspectors.

Our HACCP Training is presented in-house at your business. Classroom based training sessions are available on request.
