Five Star Food Safety can perform food safety inspections for your business, enabling you to understand where the gaps in your systems are, and helping you to plug them.
On and ad-hoc basis we can perform pre-audit inspections before the FSA are on-site to give you the best possible chance of obtaining the maximum award of 5* in the Scores on the Doors audit scheme. With each inspection you will be provided with:
- An inspection of your facility looking at Pest Control, Hygiene, Fabrication, Allergen Management and Stock Rotation.
- A review of your Food Safety Documentation and Record Keeping.
- A written report showing where both conformance and non-conformance to the standard is found.
- Advice and guidance on correcting the non-conformances.
Where requested, Five Star Food Safety can also conduct follow-up inspections to ensure that the non-conformances are closed out.
